Dierking
About Dierking
Dierking is a Zurich based art gallery that is specialized in fine art from the 1950’s -1970’s with a particular interest in the ZERO movement. When the gallery was founded in 2002 by Dierk Dierking, its homebase was the German city of Cologne and the main focus was on non-European tribal art. When the gallery relocated to Switzerland in 2013, the focus shifted to post-wart and contemporary artists. This development led to the distillation of a specific approach to art: the juxtaposition and combination of art from other continents with classical Modern and post-war works. Pointing out the manifold relations between non-European art and Europe’s artistic modernity are at the core of Dierkings business.Contact Dierking
