About Gallery Fifty One
Gallery FIFTY ONE specialises in fine art photography and works on paper. Since its founding in 2000 by Roger Szmulewicz, the gallery has been focusing on 20th- and 21st-century photography (vintage, classic, fashion, African and contemporary) and carved out a significant niche in the art world, assisting both beginning and experienced collectors in buying and selling fine art photography. In 2011, the gallery started an ongoing dialogue between photography and works on paper and other media. As an example, the gallery represents the estate of Jan Yoors and works closely with artist Arpaïs Du Bois.
